Shipping is handle by Printify. How do I start a return or exchange for a product I purchased from Queenie Shop? Please contact us directly at TheQueenieCompany@gmail.com and we will submit a problem report to Printify.

Can I return an order received as a gift? Please feel free to contact us directly and we will submit to Printify.

Am I able to get a replacement for a damaged or defective item? Printify offers a free replacement or a refund. Please feel free to contact us directly within 30 days of product delivery.

An item is missing from my order! If an item is missing from your order, please contact us directly for further assistance.

Can I do a size exchange? Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
